The Riverhead Police Department is requesting the public’s help in locating a missing teen.
Kennia Michelle Alvarez Diaz left her home at 40 Segal Avenue in Riverhead, on Saturday, Dec. 13 at approximately 5 p.m., Riverhead Police said in a press release Monday afternoon. Kennia is believed to have walked off on foot from her home and has not been seen since.
Kennia is described by police as a 15-year-old Hispanic female, 5 feet tall, weighing 130 pounds, with long black hair and brown eyes. Police said they had no description of the clothing she was wearing when she left.
No foul play is suspected, police said.
