William D. Rambo of Florida died on Nov. 28, 2025, in Florida. He was 76 years old.
He was born on July 14, 1949, in Greenport to Alice (Tuthill) and Harry Rambo. He graduated from Riverhead High School in 1967. A Vietnam veteran, he later worked as a trucker and mechanic. He was a member of the VFW and the American Legion and enjoyed NASCAR.
He was predeceased by his parents and two siblings. He is survived by his wife, Donna Johnson; his daughter, Michele Berrios, of Ronkonkoma; and six siblings.
A funeral memorial service will be held on Friday, Jan. 16, at 11 a.m. at McLaughlin Heppner Funeral Home. Interment will follow at Calverton National Cemetery.
