Riverhead Little League is reminding local families that registration for the 2026 baseball and softball season is currently open and will close on February 15, 2026

Riverhead little league is open to any child who attends a school in the Riverhead School District, the Riverhead Charter School and St. John Paul II Regional School.

The league offers programs for boys and girls of all skill levels, including T-Ball, Single A, Double A, and Majors Baseball and Softball. Registration fees are $85 for T-Ball, $110 for Single A, $135 for Double A, and $160 for Majors.

All registrations must be completed online at www.RiverheadLittleLeague.com, where players are automatically placed into the correct division based on age. All major credit cards are accepted.

Majors Baseball and Softball players are required to attend tryouts, and all Double A players must attend evaluations. Dates and times for tryouts and evaluations will be announced soon. Any registration submitted after February 15 will be accepted with a $35 late fee.

Financial assistance is available through the T-Mobile Call-Up Grant program to help ensure every child has the opportunity to play.

New this season, Riverhead Little League will host an Equipment Swap on March 29, giving families the chance to donate gently used or new baseball and softball gear and pick up items they may need for the season.
