Hazel A. Goff of Riverhead died April 5, 2026, at Peconic Bay Medical Center. She was 68 years old.
Born April 20, 1957, in Cumberland, Virginia, she was the daughter of William and Dorothy (Smith) Goff. She worked as a caretaker for children. Her family said she enjoyed playing lottery numbers, watching TV shows, shopping and cooking.
She was predeceased by her brother, Elfego, and her sister, Doris. She is survived by her siblings, Peggy Henderson, Ethel Griffin, Ella Horne, Irving Goff and Monique Goff.
The family will receive visitors Friday, April 10, from 10 to 11 a.m. at Galilee Church of God in Christ. A funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. at the church. Interment will follow at Riverhead Cemetery. Arrangements were entrusted to the care of McLaughlin Heppner Funeral Home in Riverhead.
