Penelope D. Winters of Southold died July 5, 2026. She was 81 years old.
The family will receive friends Sunday, July 12, from 3 to 7 p.m. at DeFriest-Grattan Funeral Home in Southold. Funeral services will be held Monday, July 13, at 11 a.m. at First Presbyterian Church of Southold. Interment will be private.
In lieu of flowers, donations to the Southold Fire Department Rescue Squad would be appreciated.
