While a dispute over payments in lieu of taxes for the past 10 years has landed in court, the new abatement sought would exempt the college from 100 percent of all real estate taxes another decade.

The students are getting the full chef experience, working in each station of the kitchen and learning how to prepare every meal on the restaurant’s menu.
