A Manhattan-based real estate investment group has purchased the Sunny's diner and Michelangelo's buildings. The same group also purchased the PeraBell and HyTing buildings. New restaurants will open in all locations, the broker who handled the sales said.

The new Italian restaurant and pizzeria is conducting a soft opening this week, which the owners hope to keep low-key while they are training staff members.
