Rasheeda Brown

Rasheeda Brown and Tanya Brown both entered 'not guilty' pleas to a slew of charges today in Suffolk County Criminal Court. Both were held in lieu of bail at Suffolk County Correctional Facility.

She's been charged with multiple felonies in the indictment, including grand larceny and criminal possession of stolen property charges.

The investigation of Saturday's incidents has led to the arrests of two other Riverhead residents, including a Mill Road resident who police said cut Brown's handcuffs off with a hacksaw when she stopped at the home, with police in pursuit, after she escaped from custody at Peconic Bay Medical Center and stole an occupied vehicle from the T.J. Maxx parking lot.
