Riverhead Blue Waves boys lacrosse

Riverhead took its first shutout loss in the last game of the regular season, falling to powerhouse Ward Melville 14-0 at the Pulaski sports complex yesterday.

The Riverhead boys lacrosse season came to an end today with a 13-8 loss to Northport in the opening round of playoffs. The score, though, was not a good indication of how the Waves played the final game on their home turf this season.
