Severe T-storm spawns tornado in Manorville

The tornado, packing maximum winds of 85 mph, touched down at about 4:33 p.m. and was on the ground for about five minutes, according to the National Weather Service in Upton. It damaged trees and structures along a path of 50 yards wide and 1.6 miles long. there were no injuries reported.
