Unity Town Hall

An overflow crowd of about 150 people packed a meeting room at a Riverhead hotel yesterday to begin organizing for social justice in the local community.

The March 26 'unity town hall' meeting will instead take place at the Hilton Garden Inn on Route 58 in Riverhead.

“It’s an invitation to activism for people who are not already involved in some sort of social issue but who are concerned about the future of social justice in this particular political moment."
