To the Editor:
We need leaders in Riverhead who can get things done, rally our people for the common good and do it without raising taxes.
Denise N. Lucas has demonstrated this time and time again. I will be writing in her name in for councilperson on November 3, 2015.
The Democratic Committee of Riverhead missed the boat. The candidates who were nominated should ask if Denise gives lessons and, if they practice hard enough, maybe they, too, can be voted person of the year.
