Riverhead Town Police are inviting the community to coffee.
The police department is hosting four informal sessions on Tuesday morning, Nov. 22, from 7:30 to 9 a.m. at locations across town.
“Join your neighbors and officers for coffee and conversation,” police said in the announcement. “No agenda or speeches, just a chance to ask questions, voice concerns, and get to know the officers in your neighborhood.”
The “coffee with a cop” will be held at the following locations:
- Duffy’s Delli, 1566 Main Road, Jamesport;
- McDonald’s, 268 Old Country Road, Riverhead;
- Express Deli and Café, 303 Osborn Avenue, Riverhead
- Wading River Deli, 6263 Route 25A, Wading River
