Suffolk County Crime Stoppers and Riverhead Town Police detectives released surveillance camera images of the suspects. The two men entered a residence at 187 Great Rock Drive in Wading River on Aug. 11 at 2:18 p.m. and removed the safe, police said.
A light-colored SUV, possibly an Infinity, was seen in the area, according to the police report.
Suffolk County Crime Stoppers offers a cash reward of up to $5,000 for information that leads to an arrest.
