Peconic Bay Medical Center will host their sixth annual caregivers retreat virtually on Friday, Nov. 20 from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.
The retreat will be held via Facebook Live. The retreat will be split into four blocks: 11 a.m. starts with opening remarks, 11:15 a.m. is a panelist discussion from experts of elder law, palliative medicine, home care, infection prevention and more, 12:15 p.m. starts a stress management workshop featuring Dana Bordsen of Saint James Rehabilitation and finally 12:50 p.m. closing remarks.
