In honor of Women’s History Month, the Riverhead Anti-Bias Task Force puts the spotlight on five local Women Making History and invites the public to be inspired to explore the path to create your own history.

The event takes place Saturday, March 11 at 1 p.m. at Riverhead Free Library, hosted by the Riverhead Anti-Bias Task Force. The panel includes: Riverhead Board of Education Vice President Laurie Downs; the Butterfly Effect Project Founder and Executive Director of Tijuana Fulford; Calverton Civic Association President Toqui Terchun; RiverheadLOCAL Co-Founder, Editor and Publisher Denise Civiletti; Hope and Resilience Long Island Co-Founder and Executive Director Pamela Greinke; and Shinnecock Nation attorney, Director of Shinnecock Kelp Farmers and Founder of Niamuck Land Trust Tela Troge.
