1:39 a.m. Dispute, Old Country Road, Riverhead. Officer reports matter resolved.

1:44 a.m. Domestic incident, Doctors Path, Riverhead. Incident documented by officer.

3:19 a.m. Disturbance, Shell Gas, West Main Street, Riverhead. Officer reports subject gone before police arrival.

6:18 a.m. Larceny, Main Road, Aquebogue. Officer documents theft from vehicle.

10:42 a.m. Town code violation, 7-Eleven, West Main Street, Riverhead. Officer arrests subject for consuming alcoholic beverage in public.

11:17 a.m. Town code violation, West Main Street, Riverhead. Officer arrests subject for public possessing an open alcoholic beverage in public.

11:32 a.m. Identity theft, The Preserve, Calverton. Officer reports identity theft.

12:47 p.m. Larceny, Colonial Drive, Aquebogue. Officer documents previous theft from vehicle.

3:36 p.m. Larceny report, Lenny’s Pizza & Pasta, Main Road, Jamesport. Unauthorized person forged a business check for $8,627.48 in July 2022.

5:13 p.m. Domestic incident, Elton Street & Howell Avenue, Riverhead. Officer completed a domestic incident report, and the matter was settled.

5:29 p.m. Disturbance, 7-Eleven, West Main Street, Riverhead. Officer responded to a disturbance at the location.

5:54 p.m. Disturbance, Stotzky Park, Columbus Avenue, Riverhead. Officer reported that young people left the area when the police arrived.

6:09 p.m. Dispute, 15th Street, Wading River. Officer responded to a verbal dispute over children playing.

7:46 p.m. Harassment, 15th Street, Wading River. Officer reported a verbal dispute that was resolved.

9:50 a.m. Disturbance, Peconic Crossing, West Main Street, Riverhead.

9:56 a.m. Disturbance, Aldersgate Drive, Riverhead.

11:06 p.m. Disturbance, Mobil Gas, East Main Street, Riverhead. Officer reports vandalism at the location. Both involved parties declined to press charges. Incident documented.
