Despite blistering heat and humidity, spectators turned out for the annual Jamesport Fire Department Parade Wednesday evening to cheer on fire departments and EMS agencies from around the region marching along Main Road in Jamesport.
The Jamesport Fire Department Carnival continues through Saturday on the grounds of the George Young Community Center: 6-10 p.m. Thursday and Friday, 5-11 p.m. Saturday. Fireworks Saturday at 10:30 p.m.
