3:18 p.m. Petit Larceny, Walmart, Old Country Road, Riverhead.

4:03 p.m. Disturbance, Tanger Outlets, 1770 West Main Street, Riverhead.

9:41 p.m. Town Code Violation, Long Island Rail Road Riverhead Station, Railroad Avenue, Riverhead. Cecil Trent, 60, of Riverhead was arrested on a charge of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the Seventh Degree and on a town code violation.

Monday, Dec. 16

9:13 a.m. Warrant Investigation, Valero, Peconic Avenue, Riverhead. Miguel Luciano, 43, of Riverhead, was arrested on an outstanding warrant.

10:21 a.m. Arrest for Prior Reported Incident, Riverhead Town Police Department, Howell Avenue, Riverhead. Richard Mahler, 35, of Shirley, on one count of burglary.

1:34 p.m. Town Code Violation, Long Island Rail Road – Riverhead Railroad Station, Railroad Avenue, Riverhead. Town code summons issued.

2:38 p.m. Assault. No location provided. An assault was reported, and the victim was transported for evaluation.

3:23 p.m. Motor Vehicle Accident, Empire Gas Station, 1356 Old Country Road, Riverhead. Elaine Lebron, 52, of Middletown, Conn., was arrested for aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.

9:35 a.m. Identity Theft, Arrowhead Avenue, Riverhead. Unknown persons used the complainant’s personal information to open a loan through the U.S. Small Business Administration for the amount of $10,477.98.

2:24 p.m. Petit Larceny, Target, Old Country Road, Riverhead. Laura Urbano Rodriguez, 32, of Puebla, Mexico was arrested for petit larceny.

4:05 p.m. Petit Larceny, 1791 Old Country Road, Riverhead. Vontrell Hobson, 44, was arrested on a charge of petit larceny and released on desk appearance ticket.

9:11 p.m. Driving Under the Influence, Parkway Street, Riverhead. Domingo Sajbin Chavez, 29, of Riverhead, was arrested on a charge of driving while intoxicated.

9:17 p.m. Town Code Violation, Long Island Rail Road Station, Railroad Avenue, Riverhead. Town code summons issued.

Police reported the arrest on Dec. 21 (no time or place of arrest reported) of Sheryl Madr, 41, of Riverhead, on two prior petit larceny incidents. No dates or other information were provided for either incident.
