First Congressional District

In a decision delayed until after an Oct. 18 candidates' forum in Riverhead, the N.Y. League of Conservation Voters has declined to endorse either candidate in the First Congressional District.

Republican Lee Zeldin and Democrat Anna Throne-Holst will answer questions on environmental issues Tuesday, Oct. 17 from 6 to 7:30 p.m. at the Culinary Arts Center in Riverhead.

Ten days before the Democratic primary, voters will have the opportunity to see and hear First Congressional District candidates Dave Calone and Anna Throne-Holst at a 'Meet the Candidates' breakfast.
