Riverhead’s Polish Town will transform into a sea of red and white this weekend for two days of polka, dancing and Polish cuisine during the 43rd annual Polish Town Fair.

The popular street fair features a sprawling marketplace that spans several blocks from Main Street to Pulaski Street School, where vendors from across Long Island peddle a wide assortment of artisan goods.

Polish food and beer will be available for purchase alongside a variety of other cuisines from food trucks and stalls.

The annual fair also includes performances from Polish dancers and musicians, along with a reenactment of a traditional Polish wedding following a Polish Mass given at Saint Isidore’s Roman Catholic Church.

The fair runs from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. both Saturday and Sunday.

Though the street fair is free to the public, there is also a Polka Dance Festival Saturday night featuring live polka bands Mike Costa & The Beat and Middlesex Express & Polka Method. The dance festival costs $13 for adults and $8 for children under 12 and will last from 5 to 11 p.m. at Polonaise Park on Lincoln Street.
