Riverhead Police are investigating a burglary at the Valero gas station in Wading River that occurred early this morning.
Police said they responded to the gas station on Route 25A at 5:06 a.m. on the report of a burglary.
An unknown person had forced entry into the convenience store at the gas station and removed assorted cigarettes as well as an undetermined amount of cash, police said.
