Riverhead Police are asking the public’s help to locate a 16-year-old boy missing from Timothy Hill Children’s Ranch in Riverhead.
Police said Walter Alvarado-Cruz left the facility, located at 368 Middle Road in Riverhead without permission on Friday, March 11 between 7 and 10 p.m. No foul play is suspected, police said.
Alvarado-Cruz is described as a Hispanic male, 5 feet, 3 inches tall, weighing 115 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes.
He was reported to have been seen on First Avenue in Huntington at about 1:30 a.m. on Saturday, March 12.
