A (sort of) different Fourth of July: lots of traffic, shoppers, barbecues and illegal fireworks
There were no official fireworks shows, which were canceled due to the large crowds these events typically draw. But there were plenty of illegal fireworks lighting up the after-dark skies from one end of town to the other, delighting some residents and annoying others.
