The East End Emerald Society’s 12th Annual Jamesport St. Patrick’s Day Parade is slated to take place Saturday, March 28 on Main Road in Jamesport.

Town officials on Saturday morning joined the East End Emerald Society for the annual tradition of raising the Irish flag in Jamesport ahead of the upcoming St. Patrick's Day Parade.

The East End Emerald Society will host the Grand Marshal Ball on Friday, March 6 at the Vineyards Caterers, on Main Road in Aquebogue, beginning at 6 p.m.

Soggy morning skies dried up in time for the start of the Jamesport St. Patrick's Day Parade, which drew dozens of marching bands, fire departments, community groups and revelers from across the region.
