Someone stole U.S. flags at three locations along Route 58, including the M&T Bank Branch, on June 13 and 14, Riverhead Police said.

Southampton Police said they used surveillance camera vides to identify an 18-year-old man they arrested in connection with numerous thefts from vehicles in the Flanders area.

The man was arrested after police responded to a 4 a.m. call about a suspect stealing from a vehicle.

Riverhead Police and Suffolk County Police Crime Stoppers released this surveillance camera image of the person they say stole four wheels and tires valued at more than $4,600 from a 2018 Dodge Ram pickup truck on a Riverhead auto dealership's lot Feb. 17.

Police said in a press release issued this morning that the two women pictured in this surveillance camera image stole bedding valued at $300 from Target on Dec. 7 and left the scene in a car with stolen California plates.

Riverhead Police and Suffolk County Crime Stoppers are offering a cash reward for information leading to an arrest in the theft of clothing valued at $10,000 from the Polo factory story at Tanger Outlets Dec. 10.

Melanie King, 37, stole $1,224.61 worth of merchandise from the Riverhead Target store April 4, police said.

Riverhead Town Police are seeking the public’s help to identify and locate a woman they say stole assorted merchandise having a value of $2,979 from the Polo outlet store at Tanger Outlets between Aug. 18 and Sept. 22.
