Riverhead Blue Waves

Despite Riverhead's spectacular win last week, the first playoff game win for the Waves in 30 years, they were eliminated by Sachem East in a shutout game Tuesday.

By knocking off No. 8 Sachem North in the first round of the Class A playoffs on Saturday, Riverhead accomplished something it has never done -- won a playoff game.
