12:07 p.m. Arrest, Middle Road, Riverhead. A person was arrested for aggravated driving while intoxicated.

12:23 p.m. Town Code Violation, Domino’s Pizza, Old Country Road, Riverhead. An individual was arrested for possessing an open alcoholic beverage in a public place.

1:17 p.m. Petit larceny, Dariland Ice Cream, Main Road, Riverhead.

1:45 p.m. Town Code Violation, Grangebel Park, Peconic Avenue, Riverhead.

1:46 p.m. Town Code Violation, Roanoke Landing Beach, Riverhead. Summons issued to vehicle operating on the beach in violation of town code.

1:45 p.m. Suspicious Vehicle, AJ Court, Riverhead. Other agencies notified.

2:00 p.m. Town Code Violation, Roanoke Landing Beach, Roanoke Avenue, Riverhead.

2:15 p.m. Dispute, Middle Country Road, Calverton.

2:17 p.m. Town Code Violation, Roanoke Landing Beach, Roanoke Avenue, Riverhead.

3:07 p.m. Town Code Violation, Reeves Beach, Park Road, Hollow. Two summons issued to vehicle operating on the beach in violation of town code.

3:28 p.m. Dispute, Fanning Boulevard, Riverhead.

3:59 p.m. Death Investigation, Heritage Lane, Aquebogue. A death report was filed for a 61-year-old man found deceased.

5:30 p.m. Suspicious Person, Salvation Army, East Main Street, Riverhead. Summons issued.

5:36 p.m. Dispute, Zion Street, Aquebogue.

5:45 p.m. Disturbance, Ralphs Italian Ice, East Main Street, Riverhead. Subject left upon request.

6:23 p.m. Town Code Violation, Wading River Beach/Creek Road, Wading River.

6:30 p.m. Town Code Violation, Ralphs Italian Ice, East Main Street, Riverhead. Summons issued.

6:33 p.m. Town Code Violation, East Main Street, Riverhead. A person was arrested for littering.

6:31 p.m. Larceny, Polo Ralph Lauren Factory Store, West Main Street, Riverhead.

8:10 p.m. Motor Vehicle Arrest, J T Boulevard, Riverhead.

9:15 p.m. Domestic Incident, Duryea Street, Riverhead.

10:25 p.m. Petit Larceny, Walmart, Old Country Road, Riverhead. A person was arrested on charges of petit larceny and criminal possession of a controlled substance in the seventh degree.
