Former Riverhead Town Police Chief Joseph Grattan will be honored as grand marshal of the sixth annual Jamesport St. Patrick's Day parade March 30. Grattan will be fêted at a fundraising dinner Saturday March 2 that supports the parade host, East End Emerald Society.
