The qualified and eligible hearing scheduled for Jan. 17 will be adjourned to a future date to be determined after the supervisor learned of a change in a prospective purchaser's identity.

“What you did was really progressive. I don’t know if you really understand how progressive that was,” the town's real estate broker at EPCAL told board members today. But residents continue to press for repeal of the code that allows the construction of rental housing as an accessory use to commercial/industrial development.
