Ken Ludwig's hilarious farce "Leading Ladies" is about two impoverished British Shakespearean actors who disguise themselves as the nieces of a wealthy elderly woman, in the hopes of inheriting a fortune. They get into plenty of sticky situations in small-town 1950s Pennsylvania. The show opens this weekend at NFCT.

North Fork Community Theatre will hold auditions for “The Drowsy Chaperone” Wednesday-Thursday, March 13-14 at 7 p.m. at the American Legion Hall in Mattituck.

All proceeds raised at the event go toward renovating the theater building.
