Nasir Scruggs, 16, left the Timothy Hill facility “without permission” around 1:50 a.m. today, according to police. He is described as a Black male, 5’11” tall, 150 pounds, with brown eyes and black hair worn in braids. He was last seen wearing black nylon sweatpants and a black hooded sweatshirt.

Riverhead Town Police are seeking the public's help to locate teen who left the Timothy Hill Children's Ranch last night at about 10:30 p.m. Police said Jan Luis Caraballo-Gonzalez, 16, is described as a white male, 6'0" tall, 135 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes.

Riverhead Police are asking the public’s help to locate Nasir Scruggs, 16, a missing runaway teen who left Timothy Hill Children’s Ranch on Middle Road at 1:39 a.m. today.

A 17-year-old resident at Timothy Hill Children's Ranch in Riverhead has been arrested on a felony assault charge in connection with a stabbing of another resident at of the facility's residences on July 10, Riverhead Town Police said in a press release this morning.

Police said Ivan Sorto left the ranch on July 4 at 6 p.m. for a family visit and has not returned. Police said no foul play is suspected, and is believe to still be with family and in the Hempstead area.

Police said Christian Guirand left the ranch on Middle Road on Wednesday afternoon at 6:38 p.m.. No foul play is suspected, police said.

Police said Walter Alvarado-Cruz left the Timothy Hill facility on Middle Road Friday night. He is described as a Hispanic male, 5'-3" tall, 115 pounds with black hair and black eyes. Anyone with information is asked to call 631-727-4500.

Police said Jordain Baskerville,16, is a white male, approximately 5’-6” tall, 150 lbs., with brown eyes and black hair. He was last seen wearing a black bubble jacket, jeans and black shoes. He left Timothy Hill Children’s Ranch on Jan. 17. No foul play is suspected, police said.

Police said Jawan Groover,15,left Timothy Hill Children's Ranch Dec. 9 at about 3 p.m. He is 5'3" tall, 110 lbs., with a dark complexion, brown eyes, short black hair and a light mustache, police said. He was last seen wearing a black sweater, jeans and black shoes.

The Riverhead Police Department is asking the public's help to find three boys they said are “frequent runaways” from Timothy Hill Children’s Ranch in Riverhead.
